Frequently Asked Questions: Q1. My condo uses your service. Where do I send my maintence payments? Send your payments payable to your condo, but sent the check to us at:
Condo Account Inc., 231 SE 11th Ave, Pompano Beach, FL 33060.
Q2. I want to start using your service. How do I start to use it? If your condo uses our service already then you will need to register and be verifed.
You can then use the service by logging into your account. If your condo does not already
use the our service then you will need to recommend to your condo board that you would like to
use our service.
Q3. I sent a payment to you at the correct address, but do not see the
payment If you sent your payment by mail and expected it to be here already, then
please send us an email with the date you put the check in the mail and we will mark your
account for review. We post checks every work day. So we will be glad to double
check the mail and our systems.
Q4. I forgot my password. How can I get it again? In the green login section (found on most pages) click the [forgot password!]
link next to the login button. Then follow the directions found on that page.
Q5. Where can I find information about becoming a member? Your condominium can become a member. The first step it to visit our
become a member
area and fill out a condo questionaire.
Q6. I belive that a charge on my account is wrong. How do I get this corrected? We will investigate your issue. Please send us an e-mail with the details of your account
and the item that is incorrect. In the message body include the word 'Dispute' and it will be
expedited. We get all our information directly from your board of directors' so we will
review these documents for clarification.
